| I was on my way home from work at 3 am and was literally the only car on the road. I am on an on ramp to get onto the highway, about to get onto the highway. Immediately, the only car on the highway swerves right behind my car (still on the on ramp) and lights me up w/ his blue and reds. I'm sitting there wondering what's going on because my radar detector never went off, my car was 100% stock, and as far as I knew, all of my lights were working. The cop walked up to my window and told me I was going 73 in a 55. I was livid. I knew I wasn't even going 60 yet and never got hit with radar. The cop starts asking me questions about where I was coming from, where I was going, etc (with his flashlight in my face blinding me). He eventually gives me a warning for speeding after sitting in his car for like 10 minutes running my info. I was furious, but there's nothing you can do to debate the validity of a warning as far as I know, so I shut up and took it. I'm 99% sure he pulled me over because he had a slow night and was guessing I must have been drunk since I was the only car on the road that late.
